Aleksandra Jaworska-Surma Ph.D.

Board Member

Master of Law and PhD in Psychology from UAM in Poznań. Graduate of the Strategic Communication Planning Bootcamp for Account Planners at Miami Ad School, PATHWAYS Facilitation School, and a certified Public Policy Analysis course at the London School of Economics.


An expert in strategic consultancy, particularly in organisational strategy, brand strategy, and communication strategy, facilitation of group work processes, and qualitative and quantitative social opinion research for commercial entities, rooted in a deep understanding of culture and trends. She has 25 years of experience in research companies (Millward Brown-Kantar), strategy departments in advertising agencies (McCann Erickson, DDB, JWT), as a partner in the brand consulting agency Corporate Profiles Consulting, and later as an independent consultant in the expert collective Teamtank.


She has executed projects for non-governmental and local government organisations as well as cultural institutions, including the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw, the Stefan Batory Foundation, the National Democratic Institute, Polish Business Council, Energy Forum, Polin Museum, Mazowieckie Museum in PÅ‚ock, and the Giving Children Strength Foundation.


She also has extensive experience working with commercial entities such as Play, Kompania Piwowarska, VISA, Philips, Eurocash, Agora/Gazeta Wyborcza, McDonald’s, IKEA, Mondelez, Unilever, Nationale Nederlanden, Avon, L’Oreal, 4finance/Vivus, Nutricia, Santander, Volkswagen Group, and Pelion Group.
